Why anger is haram (forbidden) in Islam?

Assalam u alayekum !!!!
May peace be upon you!!

Islam is a religion of love and peace. It teaches its followers to be humble and polite. To control the expressions of pride, anger etc.The question arises what is the wisdom that anger is haram?

The answer lies in the fact that a research has proved that when a person is in state of anger, his blood produces some toxins which are very dangerous if that state is retained for a long time. And if during that state such a person bites another person, the victim may suffer the symptoms similar to rabbies!!!!!!

By the sources of sunnat (the actions of Seal of Prophets Muhammad (May Allah bless Him)) and hadith (sayings of Seal of Prophets Muhammad (May Allah bless Him)) we also know that if a person gets angry,he should place his finger tips on the ground. The wisdom in this actrion is that in the state of anger some extra charge is produced in our body.By doing this action, that charge is conducted to ground and thus a man returns to his normal state.

Similarly Islam tells us that if a person gets angry and he is standing,he should sit down, and if he is sitting ,he should lay down. And he should drink water and/or perform abultion. The wisdom in this advice is that sitting/laying down reduces the blood pressure. And drinking water or performing abultion lowers the temperature of the body which helps to get out of the state of the anger.

These are just few drops from the ocean of scientific wisdom which Islam brings to us.Islam had taught us these things 1400 years ago and science is proving these things today.
