Hazrat Khwaja Sufi Aftab Naqeebi RA

When I talk about the silsla Aalia Naqeebia, I feel obliged rather privileged. This is because of the blessings which I keep on getting from the Naqeebi side. Same goes today as I am sharing few images of Hazrat Khwaja Sufi Aftaab Naqeebi RA.

Sufi Aftab Naqeebi RA is one of the earliest devotees (mureed) of Hazrat Khwaja Sufi Muhammad Naqeeb Ullah Shah RA, whose shrine is there in Qasoor and recently being headed by his son Sufi Azmat Ullah Shah Naqeebi RA.

Sufi Aftab Naqeebi RA is living in Rawalpindi.

Being in a Mehfil ( Spiritual Gathering) of Silsla Aalia Naqeebia

Last week, i was one of the special and lucky ones to attend a spiritual gathering of Silsla Aalia Naqeebi held in Tahir Pur near Multan. I had a desire to attend and was lucky enough to get the chance to be there in the pure spiritual islamic sincere environment where there was love and peace every where.

A brief background of Silsla naqeebia goes as follows. This is blessed in the name of Hazrat Khwaja Faqeer Sufi Mohammad naqeeb ullah Shah (RA) who rests in eternal peace in Naqeeb Abad Sharif near Qasoor. Now his son  Col (Rtd) Sufi mohammad Azmat Ullah Shah (RA) has got the responsibility and guiding the followers in a decent way. The gathering i attended was also headed by this great sufi scholar. 16th Jashan e Naqeebi

The program started with the arrival of Baba Ji i.e. Hazrat Sufi Azmat Ullah Shah (RA). Then recitation of Holy Quran. The qari sahib recited the "Sorah Teen" . Then Baba Ji elaborated it word to word making it more clear and understandable to every one sitting there. It was followed by Naat khwani. Then Mehfil e Sama started and it ended at 230am. Then Mehfil e Zikr started which lasted for about one hour. Then every body went asleep.

The next day we got up and headed towards home because the person who was with me got his soul blessed with much spiritual and sacred feelings of universal truths and religious entities which science is still to even think in those lines. So that beloved brother of me brought me back. Onething more i think was the reason that i had got as much as i could absorb. So we were back with Abbass bhai and Sufi Nadeem sb from D G Khan.

The speech Baba Ji made there while elaborating the meaning of verses from Holy Quran included following points.
1. Always be grateful and satisfied to Allah what ever you get or you are denied in spite of praying and working hard for that.
2. Never ever utter a word showing the passimist approach towards life, blessings of Allah and social behaviors.
3. Study Quran as much as you can. Make it a routine. Must read it everyday even if you can read two words per day but do read, study their meanings and think over that.

This gathering was one of the very special and most precious moments of my life. God bless all Naqeebi brothers and Muslims all over the world. 

 

Blessed People : Argument to the sustainence of our Society

   Society has got some merits and demerits. But some people are still there who are doing something which is argument to the sustainence of our society. These are blessed people and they don,t even know. They are integral part of our society.

We see around us some guys who are doing very small things just for us e.g. some guys in your class will pass on the message about the new timing and venue of class. Some guys who have got the habit of helping somebody when they are going some where. Some guys are interested in sharing the sorrows of others. For example one is oing in his car, and looks a lady sitting on a bike behind some male, his shawl "Chadar" is constantly touching the wheel of bike. It can cause accident. So that guy accelerates his car and tells them about the possibility of accident. This is something he is not being rewarded but he does for the welfare of society. These are actually blessed guys of the society.

Somedays before, i was reading a spiritual teachings article, and i was astonished to see the importance such small things in our life. These people who are doing these small things without any reward or even with out any expectation of reward, are doing much more for the society. God is so much pleased by these small acts that it showers it's blessings on the society just due to these people.

All religions, all spiritual organizations and all sufi teachings are full of the importance and reward of these small things for the welfare of society. When ever you visit some sufi, a spiritual teacher, he will tell you rather start your training with very small things. The Dargah Culture of east is the best example and it must be called the best institution working for the welfare of the society.

One month before i had the chance to visit the Astana (Residence and teaching center) of the spiritual teacher of our family (Peer). It is NAQEEBI SILSLA named after a great sufi saint of subcontinent i.e. Hazrat Khwaja Sufi Mohammad Naqeeb Ullah Shah (RA). It was a nice weekend being there. I met so many people there. I was so astonished to see many such a great people who could lift you to skies in just a fraction of second, they were guiding the people, helping them in their problems, cooking the meal for visitors, sharing the sorrows of visitors, taking them for tea, placing the shoes of the visitors at right places, cleaning the Astana area and so many small acts we don,t even bother to think about them. There is no restriction of religion there. They are just helping.

Simply no words to say for such great people. Le us pray "O Allah ! Please show us the right way and make us followers of such blessed people".

16th Jashan-e-Naqeebi

Today is the last day of the 16th Jashan-e-Naqeebi, one of the largest religious and spiritual gatherings in Pakistan. It is being celebrated at the place of Naqeeb Abad sharif near Qasoor on Ferozpur road. All famous religious and spiritual scholars are participating in that Urs.


This Urs is celebrated in the memory of one of the greatest muslim saint on the history Hazrat Khwaja faqir SufiNaqeeb Ullah Shah (RA). He is the one who travelled the most for Islam ofter Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jellani (RA) on this earth. He basically belonged to Kashmir but travelled to Punjab and got settled there according to the order of his Peer Hazrat Khwaja Hassan Shah (RA). His shrine is in Naqeeb Abad sharif near Qasoor. where this Urs is being celebrated.

  Urs started from 4th Oct. Today night there is going to be the last Mehfil-e-Sama. Tomorrow Mehfil-e-Rang will take place and then this will come to an end. Tomorrow night there will be Mehfil-e-Khas for the people who have been on Astana-e-Alia for certain duties on this Urs.
