Shankar Achariya and spiritualism

Shankar Achariya is one of the leading Hindu mystics so far. There is a great harmony in the teachings of Shankar ahariya and Islam.Due to this similarity/harmony some europian and even some Muslim scholars object that Tasawwuf (Islamic spiritualism) is inspired from Shankar's teachings.
Famous Hindu Research Scholar Dr. Taara Chandd in his book Influence of Islam on Hindu Culture has proved that Shankar Achariya,Ramanoa,Ramananda,Kabir and even their disciples were taught spiritualism by Muslim Sufiya (Saints).Even they had abandoned idol worshipping, caste system, and burning of corpse etc and adopted Islamic views and they condemned brahmans and temples.

Dr. Taara Chandd writes:
There is a similarity in the teachings of Shankar Achariya, his disciples and Islam to an amazing extent in Southern Asia.Till the birth of Shankar ,the concept of Islamic montheism had consolidated in Southern Asia. From this aspect Shankar was the result of his own period and founder of a new religion i.e monotheism which was against the idol worshipping of Brahmans.Shankar's ideology was empowered by Islam which is a religion of strictly montheist views.Shankar had born at that time in southern asia when Muslims had consolidated there and had succeeded to convert a Raja (king/ruler) to Muslim and had engaged in their preaching efforts. Moreover,His place of birth was the same place where the ship from arab and iran used to harbour.Therefor it would not be wrong to call Shankar's montheist ideology as an echo of Islamic ideology of monotheism.Therfor,it is a fact that effects of Islam nterd into Hinduism and covered it.
