Uxi Mufti is something worth experiencing, not reading. This is because he never lived something. He always saw, observed, felt, and then absorbed. And finally he revealed his experiences as trans literature. I explained his trans literature in review of his book "Aik Din ki Baat". This book i.e. Paper Horse is the sequel of his trans literature.

"Kaghaz ka Ghora" is just a pure feeling of social inequality prevailing in bureaucrat culture of Pakistan. It also throws light upon the strategic failures of our policies and more over failure of our policy makers. It is not some taunt or negativity which he admitted on the first page of this book, but most of the times we come across such feeling while going through this book. But after reading half of this book, our feel on this book is totally different.

Uxi's own comments about Kaghaz ka Ghora

 Uxi Mufti must be regarded for below mentioned points i.e.

1. He felt but remained positive throughout his whole service. Finally he produced Lok Virsa out of nowhere. 
2. He absorbed his feel and finally he revealed this trans literature which is some what new as far as Pakistani writers are concerned. 
3. He is the man who has not just lived. Every moment of his life is alive and can be experienced while sitting in front of him. 
4. His books are one sit reads. You can even go for a cup of tea while reading his books.

Talking about this book "Kaghaz ka Ghora", he remained above criticism throughout complete book. He just highlighted the inequality and lack of positive outcome oriented policy makers. List of contents speaks itself of what all he wanted to convey through this book.

At the end, I must thank Sohail Taj for blessing me with such reads. I am not some literary tycoon so my lines must not be regarded as some review of this book. I just wanted to pay tribute to some one whose every cell is alive even at the age of 70+. I met Uxi Mufti twice. During meet, he never gave such feeling of being aged, elder, experienced etc. His every cell was revealing while meet.

This world is a canvas and we just paint while our stay over here. Uxi's paint is worthy of being alive as far as this world lives. This is because he lived like a feel and only feel is eternal. Good luck for your upcoming reads Sir.  I am proud of being amongst your readers.
